Hello Tulum!

tulumSJ.jpg_effected

A quick postcard from this breathtaking place, Tulum.

It’s been on my bucket list to visit and since we were only a bus ride away, we couldn’t leave Playa del Carmen without visiting. I mean.

The crystal blue water, the soft, almost white sand, the crooked palm trees and the beautiful sunsets made Tulum one of my favorite places/beaches to date.

I’ve been going a little crazy with documenting my trip on my IG, so make sure to follow! @sincerelyjules

Updating the blog with new looks from the beach soon! xx

Sunny hello from Playa del Carmen in my beautiful México!

Can’t beat the sunshine, piña coladas, ocean breeze, palm trees, salty hair and tanned skin especially in places like Playa del Carmen + Tulum. I’m very excited to be here as it has  been on my bucket list…. one of the other things on my bucket list? Going parasailing! Hopefully we get to do that tomorrow.. will keep you guys posted.

the Ruins.

RUINSCOVER

Taking you guys back to my beautiful trip to Oaxaca, México with my good friends from Guelaguetza restaurant earlier this month.. We were extremely lucky to have been able to visit the Mitla ruins.

It was such a fascinating feeling to be able to walk through these ruins that are one of the most important archeological sites in the state of Oaxaca. These ruins were occupied and functioned as the main religious center when the Spanish arrived in the 1520s. It was exciting to know a little bit more about these ruins through our friends, Bricia and Fernando, who showed us around and told us a little bit of the Mitla history.

I pranced around and felt very honored and proud to be there. Definitely one of my 2013 highlights!

Stay tuned in next week as I still have so many photos from Oaxaca that I have yet to posts + outfits and diary!
