Been crushing hard on velvet lately; seems like it’s having its moment again and I don’t mind at all… especially when it comes in a pretty blush tone pink like this blouse. Velvet x rips always equals a killer combo!

New hair cut- a bit shorter- and added some lighter pieces too, all thanks to my go-to girl Nikki over at 901 Salon! She’s amazing; no seriously, she is.
Comfy and chic combo.

Been a little too into the whole ‘wrap around jacket around your waist’ look lately… I’ve always been a fan, but seems like these last few months I’ve been drawn to reach out for my plaid shirt, denim or leather jacket to wrap around even more! Something about it adds a cool detail. It has such a ‘I don’t care’ kinda vibe which I appreciate.
Anyway, this knitted dress was the perfect bold piece to make a statement- it help me stay warm while it was easy to transition from day to night with just a pair of strappy heels! I was having a bad hair day where I didn’t feel like wearing it down, so I thought wearing it in a cool rope-like pony tail would be the perfect touch! It completed the 90’s look!

Feelin’ a little chic in a ultra chic black & white combo… this Rag & Bone blazer is definitely a staple- its a classic, timeless piece that will forever be in style. I mean, look at those leather sleeves? Pretty dope!
Anyway, since I didn’t want to look too corporate like for a daytime look, I thought pairing the blazer with shorts and a tee would be the perfect combo. Laid-back chic as I always like.
