Greetings from the Big Apple today! I’m super excited and very humbled to be in NYC right now to take part in a big issue that concerns our world- global hunger. I’ll be attending the God’s Love We Deliver gala with Michael Kors where they’ll be honoring Hilary Clinton for her community service work!
Sometimes we have to take a second to think about the less fortunate and find ways to help them. Michael Kors is doing just that by raising awareness of global hunger and gathering people together to wear this #WATCHHHUNGERSTOP t-shirt. He’s teamed up with the World Food Programme to help feed hungry people around the world. They’ve helped deliver over 1 million meals… let’s try and keep that going!
Today, October 16, is World Food Day… try to spread the word about stopping world hunger and poverty. Make a difference in someones life, we can all come together and raise awareness around the world.
If you want this free t-shirt to help support this global cause, make sure you’ll be in New York City and stop by the Michael Kors stores at Rockefeller Center or Soho today. Instagram yourself in the t-shirt and hashtag it #WatchHungerStop to be featured on one of the multiple digital billboards in Times Square! Let’s help change the world!
You can contribute by donating to help stop poverty + hunger HERE. Thank you for spreading the word!
One of my favorite NYC looks from back in September during nyfw… this was a look I changed into after I finished a day full of shows, errands and meetings! I know, I know… seems like so far back, but it was only last month.. plus the weather in LA feels like I could be wearing this same exact outfit right now.
This amazing blazer definitely spices things up… while my collection of blazers is rather small, I love how this one stands out from the rest of my all-black blazers. I’m actually a huge fan of blazers, especially when I style them more easy-going like this look. A pair of Converse always saves the day!
These vintage Levi’s have been one of my recent favorite scores. The studded detail makes them that much more cooler!
My thing is definitely wearing fancy earrings with tees…this messy pony tail added the right amount of coolness to show off the earrings.
Major details: rips, studs, rings, statement watch and navy blue nailsssss.

Sometimes an all-black look gets the job done: it’s easy, cool, effortless and bad ass. It was one of those looks that I threw on in 2 mins and headed out the door in new york!
The sneakers I picked up in Soho and were one of my favorite buys during nyfw- I’m the biggest 90’s fan. From 90’s music, to tv sitcoms, 90’s grungy style/trends, to cool sneakers from the 90’s and these sneakers are no exception. I love how we are seeing so much 90’s influence today!
ps- My shop restocked the black Célfie sweater and we brought back the DBA sweater so make sure to get yours HERE. For all those that ask about the white Célfie tee, we are currently sold out but Singer22 carries our Célfie in white (plus other of our tees), Shopbop carries the biggest selection of our tees/sweaters (they have OFF DUTY in stock!) and last but not least, I’m beyond proud and excited to share that Colette in Paris is now carrying our Célfie tees both online and in store!! Pretty freakin’ MAJOR!!!!!!
