I’ve always said that no matter where my next adventure is, LA always feels like home. One of the main reasons why I don’t see myself (although I’m completely open to the idea of living in Paris/Barcelona/New York! Heck yes!) living anywhere else is partly because LA has, hands down, the best weather. Right now, it feels like summer in winter and I’m not mad at that.
Sometimes I want to experience real fall or winter where I can dress accordingly and layer up, but at the end of the day I much rather be in a striped tee, bare legs and sandals.
Since it’s been feeling a lot like summer on my side, I’ve been on a flower and fruit craze. I sit outside my office in this cute wooden chair x table combo, take in the rays, eat fruit and work the day away! It’s the easiest way to get inspired.
Yesterday was the perfect example of that. How you you work and stay inspired during the winter?
I always have fresh flowers in the office; a trip to the farmer’s market or flower mart is one of my favorite things to do once or twice a week!
Strawberries are my favorite fruit… smoothies, desserts, or just by themselves. Nom.
Hello from the big apple! It’s been 3 full days since I’ve arrived in New York for all the madness that is #NYFW and maaaan, it’s crazy. From shows, to meetings, to parties, to still trying to work on emails/posts, it’s draining! We are not even half way through and I’m already exhausted! Luckily, this season, we ended up staying close by…ummm, about 3 blocks away from Lincoln Center- at Hudson - and it definitely made things so much easier!
Hung out at the Sky Terrace to recharge before changing looks to head back to Lincoln Center. It was refreshing to just get away for a split second and enjoy the city view while taking in some sun rays.
Stay tuned shortly, for what I wore for the first couple of days to #NYFW. Have you guys been following along? Follow me on insta, twitter and my tumblrrr.
Loving my new favorite Rag & Bone jacket that seems to go with just about anything- thinking of replacing my utilitarian jacket for this one!
Playing around with contrasting colors that still complement each other is always something I try to add to my looks- adding the right amount of prints is key too!
Favorite pair of sandals; I actually last all day long running around in them and don’t get tired one bit. The leopard Clare Vivier is perfection too.

Red is such a striking color; it demands heads to turn. Unfortunately, I hardly wear the color. It’s always difficult for me to find the “right” red shade, but when I came across this vibrant red dress a few months back when I was in Barcelona, I knew I scored gold.
The cool laid-back feel of the dress makes it easy for me to dress up or down. The t-shirt- like material makes it comfortable to frock around in and this bold, orange-y red is the perfect shade to complement my skin. It’s kinda my new favorite dress right now.
It’s going to be a crazy busy week with NYFW just a couple of days away! Are you ready for all the social media updates live from nyfw? Stay tuned!
