August 2012

I’ve mastered the side, messy fishtail braid, it takes me 2 minutes to do and I don’t have to stand in front of a mirror to do it! Kinda proud of myself….it definitely is a hair saver for when I have little to no time to do my hair in soft waves, plus it works great for this INSANELY hot weather right now. No wonder
we experienced a small earthquake yesterday!

Blouse: Vintage (similar here)   |  Skinnies: Madewell (similar here)  |  Clutch: 3.1 Phillip Lim (in black here)   |  Shades: Karen Walker

Dress: One Teaspoon (c/o theSHOPgirls)  |  Boots: JETT by Natalie Suarez x Dylana Suarez x Modernvice  |  Bag: Céline  |  Rings: (pinky) Karla Deras x Roman Luxe, (knuckle) CatbirdNYC,  Gorjana |
This dress was hidden all the way in the back of my closet and finally pulled it out for a much needed twirl yesterday. I love how easy and pretty looking it is- not to mention, its such a transitional dress that pretty much goes with anything and any season. I paired it with the new Jett boots designed by
my lovely friends, Suarez sisters (NatalieOffDuty and Color Me Nana), in collaboration with Modern Vice. I had been longing for some boots that looked like these, and ta-da! These girls did just that!
They’re so cool and way too comfortable for my own good (I’m afraid I’ll be livin’ in them from now on)…

Thank you Nat & DY, you guys killed it with this shoe!

Python Gal.

I’m totally a tee and ripped jeans kinda’ girl. Small details can really personalize your look and these crazy print pumps and my current fave necklace by my girl Karla Deras definitely make this outfit a lot more interesting!

I added the bun and specs for a geek-chic look,
but Im also wearing a bun because I don’t know what else to do with my bangs!!!
im THISCLOSE to cutting them again- can’t help it.
…. but I’ve waited this long, so I’m not.
