Show off that bump!

Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and try new things – I absolutely love dressing to highlight my bump! I’ve found myself reaching for a variety of cropped tops & sweaters which is not something I would normally wear but this belly bump makes things look extra cute. It’s a fun way to embrace the changes in my body through fun outfits.

Oversized pieces.

I’m someone who loves simplicity and comfort, and I stayed true to that throughout my pregnancy. Oversized sweaters, button ups, sweats, luxe sets etc are pieces I gravitated towards the most. I also didn’t invest too much in  maternity clothes (with the exception of a few leggings and undergarments), instead I sized up a few sizes in regular clothes. The best part is I’m able to continue to wear these items long after the baby arrives.

P.S. I also made sure to raid my husbands closet!

Body-con pieces.

Body-con dresses are another favorite to wear – they just look so great while pregnant! I love bright color ones with fun patterns and textures. Make sure to accessorize them with jewelry and for a night out a low heel works great! There’s also a ton of body-con pieces out there that are one size fits all – from bicycle shorts to one pieces to swimwear etc. Again it’s all about items that highlight rather than hide the bump that makes dressing so fun while being pregnant.
