I love a dinner date night—it means I get to enjoy a delicious meal and it’s the perfect excuse to put on something nice. It’s all about pulling out those fancier pieces that sometimes get left behind in your wardrobe. I especially love mixing elevated and casual pieces for these types of nights out with friends.
For this look, I went with an oversized checkered button-up and paired it with oversized trousers—one of my favorite combinations when I want something relaxed but still elevated. I layered it with a black coat and added a classic pointed boot, a baguette bag, and finished the look with a sparkly statement necklace to tie everything together.
I’ve always believed a great outfit can make a dinner night feel even more special. For me, nights like this are all about good style, good food, and those little moments with friends or your significant other that make dinner feel memorable.
