Black Friday is dangerous…a good dangerous though! You get to shop for items without feeling too guilty because you know you got a great deal on them! This time around I like to splurge on deals but also get a good deal that won’t hurt my pocket! One of the things that was on my list was a black watch! Since it is a long holiday weekend here, I took advantage of hitting up the beach with Kevin and his parents (they’re in town visiting us from France!…and it’s their first time in the USA too!) and we decided to enjoy doing nothing, laying out, catching some sun and having them teach me how to speak French- it was absolutely perfect!
This Minuit mesh black one is so sleek and cool that even Kevin was asking me to let him have it… he’s silly! It’s effortless and versatile because after wearing it all day at the beach, it gave me a cozy day look to later a fancy dinner with a little black dress, red lipstick and heels with his family later that night! Day to night for sure!
Taking advantage of a holiday at the beach is probably the best thing I’ve done all month. It’s exactly what I needed to unplug and relax before the big holiday and tons of work!
ps- Next time you go to the beach, make sure to take cute blankets, pillows, a good read and a little spread like strawberries, wine and cheese to enjoy your beach day a lot more and of course to instagram it! Duh!
