How to Wear Your Trench Coat Streetstyle
The New Year always inspires me to rally some strong pieces and make a statement. It’s time to face the resolutions and put your best foot forward. I can’t think of a better way to kick off 2020 than rocking your favorite pair of boots with a trench. I’ve been crushing big time on this simple piece of outerwear. Trenches are really having a moment! They’ve been paired with everything from elegant evening styles to denim and casual pieces.
For this look I’m wearing my Ganni Western croc embossed booties, Gerard Darel houndstooth wool coat, a simple grey T and my favorite pair of jeans. Don’t be afraid to pick up that animal print and pair it with an alternating pattern, as I did with the houndstooth. Contrast is trending and texture always wins! 😉 I love this look with the bold lines and my Pierre Hardy alpha bag. A classic tailored coat speaks volumes, especially when paired with the right boot!
