Sandal season is here and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I’m all about a nice pedicure, pretty sandals and tanned skin for the summer. Building your sandal collection for the summer can be quite intimidating- i mean, there’s so many options, brands, colors, styles etc. Luckily, I can always count on Nordstrom to have the best on-trend selections and to help me narrow down to what I like.

I always do two things when I’m out shopping: 1) Have a specific item in mind or have an idea of what I’m looking and 2) have an open eye and mind about new pieces.

For this particular shopping day, I went on the hunt for a pair of easy chic flip-flops. Something I didn’t have in my wardrobe since I always tend to gravitates towards more strappy sandals. Quite nice to switch it up and have a fancier pair of flip-flops that don’t look like you’re just going to the beach.
