A day well spent is a day under the sun. Warm mornings and fresh ocean breeze touching your skin by the pool is one of my favorite ways of getting in some R&R. Waking up to the sound of waves and spending the day lounging by the pool, with a fresh plate of strawberries has been pure bliss.

I kept things simple but chic with a classic one-piece bikini that’s both flattering and easy to wear all day. I paired it with a bucket hat (a must for extra sun protection) and added gold jewelry for that effortless beach polish. An easy look that I can easily dress up by throwing on a pair of shorts if I need to run into town.

The house we stayed in has been such a dream, right on the beach with an infinity pool that feels like it blends straight into the ocean. Every corner is picture-perfect, from the open-air living spaces to the ocean views that never get old. It really was hard to leave.
