WHERE TO STAY

Crillon Le Brave – we really enjoyed our stay here. The property itself is stunning, think enchanting stone buildings, interior colorful throws & antique furniture, and breathtaking views. Make your way to the pool to soak in some sun while enjoying a delicious cocktail from their bar. For my sunset lovers, head to their bar terrace during golden hour… pure magic. You can also count on friendly & welcoming staff.

LAVENDER FIELDS

There are many beautiful areas in Provence where you can see lavender fields. If this is a top must-see for you, make sure you book your trip while they’re in season – between June and august. Nothing beats walking among lavender fields and feeling the sun on your skin – it’s really a sight for sore eyes.

CYCLING

I highly recommend you a take a day and explore the villages by bike. This is a great way to get the most out of Province as you’ll be able to discover gems like, local markets that are always lively & colorful, beautiful vineyards, meet locals and so much more. There is seriously something to marvel at ever corner, you won’t want to miss.  Make sure to pack a picnic basket as you’ll come across a ton of beautiful fields that will be ideal to take a break at and enjoy a meal.

WINE TOUR

Wine tasting and tours is an absolute must. What is more fabulous than enjoying a glass of wine in the breathtaking surroundings of the south of France. And hello IG op! Ventoux, Côtes-du-Rhône, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Alpilles are great wine tasting experiences/tours.

MEDIEVAL VILLAGES

For those who are interested in architecture – specifically medieval castles, Provence has a ton of towns with monuments you can visit and explore. Vaison-la-Romaine is a charming village that lies on the Ouveze river. Divided in two parts – the first is a medieval old town, situated on a hill and the second is on the lower part of town, that’s a bit more modern and commercial.
