I can’t believe we’re finally in summer and already halfway through the year. June flew by, but honestly, so has the entire year. It’s been filled with so many simple moments that have made me happy: quality time with family and friends, little house projects, weekend getaways, shopping, coffee runs, and just enjoying everyday life. Here’s a little photo dump from the past few weeks filled with some sweet memories. I hope you enjoy!

xx Jules

Quick coffee run

I finally got to check out a coffee shop I’ve been wanting to visit, and it did not disappoint. There’s just something about coffee shops that I love, they’re cozy, inspiring, and always make me want to slow down for a bit. I also love putting together a little outfit for a coffee run. Here I’m wearing trousers, a button-down, sandals, and a sweater tied around my waist for a modern preppy feel. The perfect look for running errands with a cup of coffee in hand. Shop this look here.Ā

Farmers market

I love visiting the farmers market whenever I can. It’s one of my favorite Sunday traditions and such a great way to support local vendors while picking up fresh organic fruits, vegetables, and flowers. It always feels like the best way to start the week. Shop fave headphones here.Ā

Favorite little purchase

I love investing in pieces I know I’ll wear for years, and these Gucci heels are exactly that. They’re definitely an investment, but they’ve already become such a staple in my wardrobe. They’re comfortable, timeless, and pair with just about everything. I styled them here with capris to welcome summer while we’ve been enjoying the dreamiest mid-70° weather. Shop them here.Ā

Palm Springs postcard

My in-laws were visiting from France a few weeks ago, and since they’d never been to Palm Springs, we had to take them. Palm Springs will always be one of my favorite spots for a little getaway. I love the desert landscape, all the palm trees, and the relaxed, colorful vibe of the town.Ā

OOTD

This has easily become one of my favorite outfits lately. These Trifecta pants in butter yellow are just so good. I love dressing them down with a gray sweater and ballet flats for an effortless everyday look that still feels put together. Shop here.Ā

Travel essentials

If you asked me what my travel essentials are (besides clothes, of course), I’d say my Canon G7, sunglasses, hand cream, cheek tint, concealer, and a few everyday jewelry pieces. These are the things I never travel without.

Just living in Matisse’s world

One thing I really love is encouraging my son to be creative. Lately he’s been loving coloring, and it’s become one of our favorite little activities to do together.Ā

Bundle of joy

A bundle of joy looks like buckets and buckets of fresh blooms. By now you probably know how much I love flowers. If I see a beautiful bouquet, there’s a very good chance I’m stopping to admire it—and, of course, snapping a photo.

My sister’s birthday

Last month we celebrated my sister’s birthday! Here’s a little peek at her beautiful cake along with my outfit of the day. Fit check: pointed white flats, pink denim, and a contrasting lime green cardigan for a fun little color moment. Shop similar look here.Ā

Abuelita & Abuelo time

One of the greatest gifts is watching my parents with my son. Seeing the love they have for him and the bond they’re building is something I’ll never take for granted. I feel so grateful that he gets to grow up surrounded by their love, stories, and traditions. These moments together are so special.
